Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost, depending on the circumstances. 3. Rescheduling: We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise. We are happy to reschedule consultations and services at no additional cost, provided we receive notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refund Policy: 1. Non-Refundable Services: Our services are non-refundable due to their personalized and consultancy-based nature. Client Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. Exceptions: In exceptional cases where services cannot be rendered as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include rescheduling or providing additional services at no extra charge. 4.
