Our Vision
At Undivided Consulting, our vision is to create a world without boundaries, a world undivided.
We realise that this may well be a pipe dream. But we will do what is within our power to increase the awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity and invisible disabilities in society, and to increase inclusion and belonging in the workplace.

By understanding and acknowledging the intersectionality that comes with diversity, we wish to create a community where individuals in their uniqueness can find support in one another.
Meet Kavita Chandradhas
When our founder Kavita lost a leadership role and a fat pay check with her dream brand because of an unexpected relocation, she realized that this was her one chance at creating a purpose-driven path forward for her career.
Today she uses her 15+ years of leadership and Human Resources experience with large corporates to help others like her (neurodivergent and disabled) to achieve their full potential at work. She also works with and supports the DEI needs of 'woke' organizations big and small (we love them!) who understand that being more inclusive is the only way forward!

Kavita is a general management MBA from LIBA, India, is certified in DEI practice by the Cambridge Judge Business School, and holds a Diploma in Counselling Psychology from CAE, Singapore. She is a certified Mental Health First Aid (and Standard First Aid!) practitioner, and is passionate about the welfare of homeless dogs around the world.
